IF YOU HAVE BEEN OFFERED A REASSESSMENT OF YOUR UNUMPROVIDENT DISABILITY CLAIM DENIAL
READ THIS URGENT INFORMATION
Now that the UnumProvident Reassessment process has begun to render decisions , we are gaining insights as to how the process is working.
1. UnumProvident is exercising complete control and authority on all reassessment decisions with no court oversight whatsoever.
2. Few if any Reassessment claimants are receiving any compensation for extra-contractual damages caused by wrongful or fraudulent claims denials.
3. It is taking months and years for UnumProvident to complete its reassessments, and it is uncertain what will happen to claimants in cases where witnesses or evidence are no longer available at the completion of process, or where statutes of limitations have run.
For the above reasons, we believe individuals who have filed for reassessments, and who do not have an existing Statute of Limitations problem, should contact us immediately to discuss withdrawing their reassessment applications, and instead, filing suit.
